The period from Jesus' birth to his baptism covers thirty years and involves four journeys:

1. From Bethlehem to Jerusalem and return
2. From Bethlehem to Egypt where He remained until Herod's death
3. From Egypt to Nazareth
4. From Nazareth to Jerusalem for the Passover Festival and return when he was 12 years old.
   
   There is no Biblical record of Jesus' life from this time until his baptism when he was about 30 years old.
