Creative Games provides fun games and activities for all the family. We supply the rules, the files for the game board and all cards when needed to play the games. There will be a variety of games once we get them all up and online.

LAND GRAB DUO!! ...makes a wonderful gift!

GOAL--Lots of laughs and good old-fashioned entertainment! Land Grab is an exciting Real Estate game where the winner has to make the most money buying and selling estates faster than everyone else.

The board may send you all over the place just at the wrong time to the delight of your competitors!

The object is to become the richest multi-billionaire through wise buying and selling Real Estate and Commodities (Commodities: Shipments of animals or grain, your choice.)

Players race to buy the best revenue properties using a variety of roads and heliports to try to gain their goal.

Buy, develop, sell and rebuy as fast as you can! Others will be doing the same thing in order to win the game!

Money increases exponentially as you play and creates a race to have five completed properties which ends the game. Warning: the last part of the game can be nerve-wracking and intense! It is not recommended for timid entrepreneurs!

Sounds complicated, but it really isn't! Anyone can learn it as long as you can count up to and beyond One Billion dollars!

  • 2 Game board files: Tabloid A and tabloid B (Top half and bottom half.)
  • Download files for the board, cards, rules and complete instructions.
  • Print on tabloid paper or card stock (A local printer could do this if your printer is not big enough OR you could shrink it and print it on legal paper. The files are in a .pdf format so you can print them just about any size you wish by adjusting it on the .pdf web site.
  • Supply your own dice and playing pieces where needed. We use a 10-sided dice for movements. You could also use two six-sided dice, using one dice when trying for a smaller number.
  • You may not sell or share your game files with others; they are for personal use only. Exception: You may make physical game sets for sale all you want, just not the files.
