The object is to become the richest multi-billionaire through wise buying and selling of Real Estate and shares at the Stock Market. Players race to buy the best revenue properties using a myriad of roads and heliports to try to gain their goal. Properties must then be developed and then sold for even greater profit! Buy, develop, sell and rebuy as fast as you can! Others are doing the same thing in order to beat you to the top prize, Emerald Isles, a property worth $5 Billion Dollars! Worth $15B at the end of the game. Money increases exponentially and creates a mad race for the top prize which ends the game. Warning: the last part of the game is nerve-wracking and intense! It is not recommended for timid entrepreneurs! 3 Game board files: 16.5 x 16.5, 13.5 x 13.5 and a travel version, 8 x 8 Download files for the board, cards, rules and complete instructions. The board is in two sections. Print the 13.5" size on legal paper or card stock. Print the 16.5" size on tabloid paper or card stock (A local printer could do this.) Print the 8" size on standard letter-size paper. Supply your own dice and playing pieces where needed. You may not sell any games; they are for personal use and gifts only. BE CREATIVE! You can use buttons, pieces of colored cardboard, "snitch" pieces from other popular games or create game pieces from scratch. You can use large wood screws with flat heads, fat drywall screws with flat heads, and even some electrical pieces can be used. Paint them the colors you want them to be and you have your playing pieces and buildings. Even little colored squares of wood work fine.
